Anticipating the permitting and code compliance aspects of the project also enter into consideration while developing plans.
Obtaining the necessary permission from local authorities is a crucial step in the process. The design team takes charge of any necessary permits and code compliance, and guides you through the process of gaining approval for new construction and additions to existing structures. We typically also handle the office visits on your behalf.
Site preparation involves clearing and leveling the ground that is to be built upon. When necessary, we come onto the premises with backhoes and other medium duty equipment to get the site ready.
